Aston Villa’s FA Cup match towards Liverpool will go ahead on Friday despite a coronavirus outbreak that has led to the membership’s coaching floor being closed. The third-spherical game was doubtful after Villa reported “a large number” of gamers and workers returned constructive checks following routine testing on Monday. There had been extra constructive checks following checks on Thursday.

After one other spherical of testing for COVID-19, Villa confirmed that the game shall be performed.

Villa’s group for the game towards Liverpool at Villa Park is about to be stuffed with gamers from the underneath-18s and underneath-23s squads.
